Although there is still room for improvement, I have seen huge improvements made in the past year. As someone earlier stated. The Manager does take cre of issues that are reported to her and does so immediately. I look forward to seeing the continued improvements of Legacy Crossing. it is nowhere near what Candletree was, not is it anywhere near the ghetto!

Hey "Huge Improvements"- You must be an idiot or work here. So what you are saying is that if you just report your issue- it won't get taken care of- you have to actually find the 'manager' to get anything done? Parking is the worse!!! So- I guess you have not seen all the police cars over the last 8 months? You have not had your car stolen or broken into in the last year? You have not been mugged? You have not stepped out into a pile of dog crap? You must don't see all the litter? So- DO YOU LIVE HERE? or maybe it iIS an improvement from living under the bridge? Wake up? look around?

I agree. You have to track people down to get anything done around here. What do we pay rent for anyway? Call Pam at timberland. That is a joke to. They don't care they just want to raise the rent and give us a big clubhouse. how about unplugging my toilet the day I call? That doesn't matter. They want to give me a big clubhouse and fitness room to play in. Maybe they will let me live in that when I can't cook and can't sleep because of the NOISY NEIGHBORS that Carlos and Mindy say "that's apartment living". I have lived here for 10 years and been through a few managers. The last company who was here Byron something was the best. When you counldn't get the manager you could always get the one at the byron office and she would make sure you were recognized. So forget my new higher rent. I think I'm going to look for a Byron property and move there. They at least ACTED like they cared. If anyone knows who that company is or knows one of their properties please post it here. I NEED TO MOVE! IT'S GETTING RIDICULOUS HERE!

Huge improvements???? Maybe a few- BUT even that was stupid- they re-painted the things that JUST got painted in the summer- guess who is gonna pay for that cost. Look at all the money spent on the clubhouse- WTF???? I don't use it- but I bet I help pay for it. Yeah- look at all the trash- look at all the police cars- look at the low class people that just throw trash in the yard- busted beer bottles everywhere. Hey- maybe your one of them that do that- so- then maybe the place IS improving to you. I have had items for repair that I turned in 3 to 5 times and sometime got fixed after 3-7 months wait. The mice problem took 4 months to get someone out here. Plumbing- HA! cold water in shower- gotta love that. I am looking for a better place this Spring.
