I am at the end of my lease with this apartment and at the end of my ropes! I received a letter stating that my rent is going to increase. WHY' There is absolutely no reason for the rent to go up. There have been no improvements in our unit, it has only gone from bad to worse. The management sucks, the employees suck and are rude, they are extremely unprofessional, they don't even dress like they are going to work, they wear orange plaid shorts that go to their ankles and a shirt the same color, looking like they crawled out of a music video or something. My balcony and windows leak every single time it rains and all that happens is the carpet people come and suck the water out of the carpet and that's it.
I have put in a call with the new realty company to address every single issue that I have had since I moved into that hell hole over 12 months ago and I suggest that we all stick together as a community and everyone do the same, call and speak to Pam at Timberland Properties and complain, complain, complain until something gets done, either the conditions improve or they get rid of those fools they call employees, Please call them 1-952-893-1216.

I lived here years ago and moved out, lease or no lease. It's the only time EVER I broke a lease. It was worth the money to get OUT of there. These people are slum-lords and something needs to be done about them. There has to be something legal that can be don.

Haahaaahaaa!!! It sucks I know... I lived there a few years back and it was horrible then too. I even posted about it when it was still candletree. Run away screaming. Not only that, I think you should report it to the city. Do not sit and wait for them, you have to be proactive. Best thing you can do is contact a lawyer and get them involved.
