I do understand management and ownership change can be alarming however staying in the problem and not being part of the solution I can't. I have lived at the community as Candletree Apartments and Legacy Crossing. The current community manager and new management company Timberland are well respected business people.Please give them a chance as they are well underway to providing their residents and community amenities to insure a quality life style. The only reason I'm not living at the community now is my husband and I had to relocate out of state due to a job transfer.I'm appalled at this web site allowing people to express their concrens using peoples names job titles and positions as their policy clearly states this is not allowed. If for some reason my family is relocated back to Omaha and in need of a place to call home we will return to the people and community that took great care of us Legacy Crossing.

Who paid you to say that? Maybe you had an "in" and they were nice to you. They were the WORST place I have EVER lived! Gas leaks they would NOT fix. MUD turned off the gas SEVERAL times to save the building. They are SLUM LORDS! It is THEM that are NOT fair to their tennants!

If you been through the things that some of us have, dealing with mold, poor repair work, apartments flooding and taking over a month for them to get it cleaned up, having them replace your carpet with used carpet out of another empty unit that already needed to be replaced because it smelled like cat urine, you might be a little angry too. Hmmmm Makes me wonder who you knew- or what reality you lived in. The manager is a total b*tch- who does not care at all. BUT look at all the money spent to make the club house so freaking good- BET it shows up in my rent being raise- as well as charging for "gas" when my building does NOT use gas!!!! it's called ripping people off- lying- and as stated by other- dishonest and a crime. Yeah- come back- and when you move back in the same place- the same way it was and your rent is $300 higher- see what song you are singing.

I think it may have been management trying to save their collective butts. Notice most of the review is entirely vague.
