This biggest problem is the manager- she was left over and the new owners kept her- cause she knows a few people around town- she is the main reason- people move out- or are not happy. Besides that she is alway grouchy- and very unprofessional, and just mean. She seems to be burned out and just collecting a paycheck.
Go to the office and see.
Problems don't get addressed or fixed- because the manager does not give a care. I don't understand why she was kept. If the new company had been smart- they'd have brought soemone new in.
I wonder how long before the new company sells' or how long the apartments stay open.

*also- if you let idiot move in- then that is what you are gonna have living here. I see trash just thrown off the balconies- cigaret butts thrown everywhere, pet waste everywhere. It comes down to the tenents as well as the staff. Its like paying someone- $5 and hour to work- you get what you pay for. Crappy management- and low life tenents a trashed- terrible apartment complex. BUT- they still raise the price every year!!!!!!!
I hate this place.

I agree with u. because I live in the "new" apartments and that b***h mindy is a piece of ---- she doesn't care about anything only if ur paying ur rent.

I have been complaing about the dog in the apt next to us for over 6 months - - calling at least 10 times in the last four and sending 5 emails - - nothing has been done...I agree...she doesn't care and she needs to be fired....I just graduated with a business degree....and I could run this place better than her...and I have no experience!
