I have lived in these apartments for 5 months now, and am indifferent on what I should give as a review.
The pros:
Decent Size for your money
Pool
Fitness facility
Great staff
Excellent maintenance staff
Extremely quiet! I never hear the dogs
Excellent parking

The cons:
Badly re-modeled
Our carpet is permanantly going to smell horrible from previous dogs
Not the greatest neighborhood
Does not feel like home
Garages are dumpy

My only large problem with the complex is my carpet. It smells awful and they have cleaned it twice. It needs to be removed! My lease is up end of April and would like to find an apartment that feels more like home. I would say definately weigh your options before signing a lease for here. It is not absolutely horrible, but you can find better.

ur better than me. someone had there trash in our apartment complex hallway for 2 days.. I complained and they removed it a few days later..

Yeah, I really have not had much of a problem. There have only been two serious things happen that I know of since I've been there. We had someone start a fire in the hall (not my building) but was quickly put out. And some people were breaking into cars and were eventually caught. But I still don't want to stay there longer than a year.
