One of the worst experience I have ever had.
Richdale/Solsburg group owns Biltmore and Vandelbilt Apts as well. They are very unethical people and do not care for tenants at all. You will most probably would not get your deposit back. I ended up paying a total $700 when I moved out after completing my lease. Just can not believe these kind of people are still in business. Met a few people who rented form them in the past and had similar experiences. None got their deposit back. The staffs are horrible. Just plain rude.
