I am a --- male, and was harassed by the woman above my apartment, as well as the girls in the leasing office. The girls in the leasing office were good friends with the girl that lived above me. I had to put up with her until I broke my lease. Every complant I took to the leasing office was a joke. They would even make fun of the issues I took to them. I spent most of the summer with out A/C, and most of the winter with out heat because the thermostat was wired wrong. It took around 20 work orders to finaly have them belive me that something was wrong with it. It got so bad that I called to cops on the girl above me. I was told by the girls in the leasing office that the cop stoped by and talked to them about the issue. I was made out to be the problem and was told to never call the cops on her again, or I would have to move out. I told them to save the energy and put in my 30 days right then. They charged me for the remainder of my lease, even thou they had someone move in the following Monday that I moved out. I've been trying to fight the charges, but they are a big company, and I'm just me. It's like trying to be in a boxing match with out arms and legs. My credit has now been ruined becuase of them. Save your self and keep looking for a different company to rent from.
