i just read the review of the other lady titled "fight back" and dont know what she did in her apartment-- but i lived in the apartment for three years and when me and my wife moved out last month (we just bought a home) we got our entire deposit back within 2 weeks. i had a great experience at Lionshead and would recommend it to anyone.
