i have a friend who used to work for the Richdale group (Slosburgs. He said when they had to do the final inspection after tenants moved out that they were ORDERED to examine everything with a fine tooth comb and to take any little thing they found out of the deposit. He also told me in the 3 years he worked there that not one person recieved an entire deposit back. The managemnt told hm if there was no money to deduct then he was not doing his job right. Needless to say, he quit shortly after.
