I just recently moved into the Lions head apartment, and in a couple of months I have realized that I made a big mistake. The worst part of this apartment is the management. These bunch of ladies are very rude. They only treat you nice before you sign your lease. After that, they do not care at all. They are completely clueless and mannerless. Before I signed the lease, I asked again and again if they were ever going to start charging us for the GAS and they told me no, they had always paid the GAS and it was always going to be paid. Right after I move in I get a notice in my mail saying that we have to start paying for GAS from next month. Bunch of liars!! Also, it is indeed the most expensive apartment per square feet in Nebraska. The living room space is very small. Bed rooms are so small you can not fit anything else beside a bed. Plumbing and drainage are pretty bad. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. I have looked at all 3 richdale properties (including Biltmore and Vanderbuilt) and one thing really common in all these apartment is that everyone who works there have bad attitude and poor management skill. They are not nice people. Beside, you could probably find a lot nicer apartment for that price.
