I've lived in Lionshead for almost three years, and I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT!!! Every year things have been progressively getting worse! I first moved into a one bedroom when they were under different management. After the management change things went down hill FAST!!! I moved into a two bedroom apartment with a good friend and nothing has gone right since our move.

In the course of a month and a half our dry broke, washer pipe broke and flooded our kitchen, pipe broke from the dishwasher, and our a/c broke two summers in a row. Work orders are never done in a timely fashion! VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY NOISIE living environment. If you want to get sleep here you might as well move out into the street. Your living conditions are more suitable.

Leasing office management is completely unprofessional. When logging a complaint I was interupted several times in the middle of a sentence, and when I called the leasing office lady on it she said in a very matter of fact manner, "Well, ok. I'm going to hang up the phone on you now!" If you want severe property damage and your renters insurance rates to hike up fast, please move into Lionshead Apartments. Live in any of the Richdale properties and you will for sure be in small claims court with them in the near future.

We pay entirely too much to be living in a hole like this!!!
