The Richdale Group is not a property management group, but rather a crafty and sneaky group, looking for different ways to rip off honest tenenants. I highly reccomend that if you choose to live here, DON'T. You will be dissapointed and disgusted with the way business is conducted. I guess the Richdale Management group failed to show up to the class on business ethics. I was left paying over $700 more than expected because they forgot to notify me that a verbal notice to vacate was not sufficient. Also, they failed to mention that I had to come into the office and sign the end-of-lease agreement the day after I gave them verbal notice. I was made aware that verbal notice was not sufficient 10 days after my 30-day window had passed. Needless to say, I really appreciated having to pay another months rent on top of my new lease at a different location, far far away from the Richdale Group.In conclusion, I've got to pay more money to live in a dump I couldn't wait to move out of. Oh yes, if you choose to live at the Lion's Head, expect to feel as if you're living in a congested Ant Farm, where tenant are stacked on top of each other in POORLY maintained buildings.God Bless the Richdale Snakes.
