I have living at Lionshead for only 3 months. In that time I have had people enter my apartment without prior notification. The worst portion is they usually don't lock up after they leave. This has happened to mu multiple times. Every time I ask to be notified with 24 hour notice prior to them entering. It still hasn't happened. Another issue is when I requested to have wallpaper removed. Not only did the same person I talk to 4 different times tell me that I didn't request it, but she continued not to do anything about it. Finally the contracted painters show up. I come home to someone going into my room, and laying everything on my bed, which the door was closed, and they leave my house a mess. My kitchen and bathroom floors were coated with glue. It took several washings to get rid of it. My kitchen cubboards were the same. I was told by management that they would clean up. That did not happen. After both of these events I called and talked to the Richdale Resident Relations personnal. All she did was say sorry, it won't happen again. That was far from the truth. Not more then a few weeks later did the apartment above me begin to leak, cause water to seep thru my ceiling. The first time I request maintenance, I was told it wasn't wet and they just recommended painting. Not more then a week later did it happen again, but it moved from my kitchen into my dinig, and living room. I called and they again sent someone out. They finally figured out it was coming from the apartment above. Again they recommended painting. I called the Lionshead mgmt and requested that no one come and paint my apartment. They printed it clearly on the work order that I did not want the apt painted. I also contacted the Corporate Maintenance, and put in the same request. After arriving home after being out of work for a week, I come home to my apartment painted, and paint on the floor. The worst part was they didn't even paint half of the water spots. The following day I follow up yet again with Mgmt and the relations. They apologize and give me a free carpet clean and cable for a month. That does not solve the problem that keeps re-occuring.
