For the most part Lionshead is probably like most other complexes, but there is nothing that stands out as A or even above average.
The leasing office personnel are pleasant, but dont go to them with any minor or major issues because they turn in to numbskulls. The management policies are ridiculous. Before moving in, I called three times to see if I could come in on Friday to sign all paperwork then move in the next day, but they don't trust residents to sign one evening (after 5pm) and move in the next day without paying for a full day's rent even though you are not even moving in. Well, within the first four months, my apartment received water damage four times ( in seven weeks) and the management team said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Each time there was no hurry to resolve the issue, but the wait was not overdue in length of time. The last water back up happened while I was home and a plumber was dispatched and the plumber said he was there last time and knew what the problem was, but the complex did not want to fix. Finally, the complex said THEY WOULD MOVE ME TO ANOTHER UNIT --- I moved, but they did not help and they even want me to pay $10 to rekey the old apartment - SO NUMEROUS REVIEWS are stating this management company is only after money AND THEY ARE CORRECT!!!! I moved and had a blind in my bedroom window from day one of my move and the one day the blind is up (two months after I move in---I get a nasty gram on my door that I need proper window treatments....where was the Lionshead NASTY POLICE all the other days'''

I won't be extending my lease when it expires.
