I think the management company must have changed because they've been great so far. We called to have maintanence put up two celeing fans. When they came out I was asleep and I asked them to come back, they said no problem and completed the job in the four hours between when I left for work and the wife got home. I have had some problems with my car getting broken into, but security helped catch the guy. I like it here quite a bit.
