Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I stayed at Lionshead for 3 years. The management was ok but the problem I encountered was when I moved out. They really feel that this is the time to make money. I cleaned my apt out well but still they charged a lot out of the deposit for small stains. I had heard from others that the Richdale group likes to keep the deposit but never believed it till I experienced my own. All in all, it left me with a bitter taste. I would not recommend any richdale apt!
