Managed by Richdale group -- losers. They simply do not care for the tenants needs. Also refer to peoples comments on Biltmore apartments -- managed by the same group of people. Rude and wortless. Also, be aware -- when you move out they try to get you some how. They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars exta for just normal wear and tear. I have also heard from a few different people who lived there that this is the norm around here -- ripping of the tenants when they move out. Overpriced, overhyped living which translated into nothing more than than problems bad taste for me.
