Front desk people are unreliable. For any questions I had they would forward me to another phone number. My ac wasn't working in the summer and contacted the front office. 2 weeks later I called back and they forgot to put in the order. This place will charge you for every little thing. Save your money for a cheaper, better serviced apt complex. Also, when I had to relocate for a job, they made me pay the whole contract rent instead of just a lease breaking fee. They were not helpful or did not let you know if someone had rented your apt or not. Said you had to contact them to find out. All they want is your rent money!
