I have lived in Lionshead for a few months now and can say that I can't wait to move. The leasing office seems to be very friendly, however they are unorganized and do not seem to have management skills or any kind of structure. They are very slow to get things done and I'am still waiting on things to get fixed in my apartment. All the drains are clogged and the windows are not sealed letting all the cold air in. Maintenance placed a furnace filter by my door and just left it there like I can change it. I cannot change it because the furnace room is locked. The apartment was still kinda dirty when I moved in too. It is true that they will charge you for everything. It does seem to be a quite area and I can't hear my neighbors which is nice, but there does seem to be a little crime. Alot of vehicle break ins. Lately there was an assault and instead being professional and letting tenants know in a newsletter, they post the information on the entrance doors. They also like to handwrite letters and place them above the mailbox which I think is also unprofessional.
