This apartment is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Ask to see your actual apartment, not the model. The model had updated appliances, baseboard, new carpet, nice paint. It looked nice. The apartment I moved into had old appliances, the kitchen and bathroom were dirty, tiles were coming off in the shower, the drains in the bathrooms were clogged, one toilet didn't flush, one window had a broken seal letting cold air in. They keep the hallways nice to make you think they keep everything updated and nice. The posting that states to document, document, document is so true. They will charge you for anything and everything. The other post about the office being unorganized and not having any structure is also so true. I have called in many times to have things fixed in my apartment and they keep forgetting to do something. They have an excuse for everything. What the leasing office tells you is completely different than what the corporate office tells you. They are on two different levels. I have also had my furnace filter just placed by my door. Its not like I can replace the filter myself, its in a locked closet. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

you are ------- dumb how bout that? your furnace filter was set by your door on purpose, the people that change your filters have to do each side of the building the upper and lower side. so they go and lay out the filters so its easier for them to do so they don't have to drag a huge box full of filters up 100 flights of stairs did you ever think about that dipshit? yeah they might have forgot to put the filter in, which btw is unlikely but i will give you the benefit of the doubt, but yeah thats basically all i have to say about your lil furnance filter comment.
