I have been at Lionshead since August of 2006. It is by far the worst place ever to rent. They have screwed me over so many times it's ridiculous. When we first moved here, I came in to the office to make sure our rent was what we signed for in the beginning. They told me it was and I asked for a copy of it, and they said they couldn't give me that. Well, move in day comes, and guess what the lease they had out to sign was 100 dollars more than what we agreed on. It was the same dumb lady, that 2 weeks prior told me everything is okay. She kept denying it and said she had no idea of this situation. It made me mad as hell. Well, they got it all figured out eventually after screaming at their staff,and 3 days later we get an eviction notice. THEY ARE THE MOST UNORGANIZED STAFF IN THE WORLD! They obviously have way too many people to handle because they can't complete a request. They also double billed us for the gas bill our first month, they told me the would refund it, they still haven't and it's february . We have been locked out of our apartment because of the actual door not because we forgot the key. They acted like it wasn't a big deal. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will always give bad word for the entire richdale group. I would rather live in a cardboard box then deal with their staff.
