This complex will try to charge you for every little thing. Similar to previous reviews, I also did not receive my deposit back even though I kept the place clean. Office people were a joke. Couldn't handle any requests and forgot many of my requests. Please find another place to live with better customer service...they're friendly and helpful when trying to get you to sign a lease (commission maybe') but afterwards you're on your own.
