I would not recommend living at any of Richdale aprtment places. I have been at Lionshead for almost a year. Immediately when I moved in, things were broke. Dishwasher didn't work, then washer started leaking, dryer stopped working, screen door on deck came off, etc. I talk to the management at least every month because something has broke. Sometimes they are quick to respond and other times it takes them 3 weeks to fix, like my air conditioning, in the middle of the summer. I'm afraid that I won't get my security deposit back even though I have kept the place clean. The management is a total joke!!! Parking is horrible, many attacks have happened, and the lighting at night is horrible. I run to the door to get inside, but half the time the lock is broken so I can't get in!
