Do not rent an apartment at any property managed by the Richdale Group. There is not enough parking available for the residents and they have your vehicle towed if you do not park in a designated stall. However,tow-away zones are not marked with a sign or curb paint and there is no way of knowing that parking along side the curb is grounds for towing. Also, Richdale Group uses a company that charges $220 to retreive your impounded vehicle. How can a campany justify towing a paying resident's vehicle for $220 when they do not provide ample parking slots' This is absurd! I will be terminating my lease as soon as possible.

there are not assigned designated/assigned stalls or praking at this complex. Parking rules are obvious, you park in a stall. I dont like richdale, but admit you were lazy and had ample warning not to park where you did. For thse worried, there are other things to not like about Richdale, but this is not one of them. They post bright orange stickers that cannot be removed easily on cars, they dont tow them right away, unless you are clearly showing a lack of intelligence and blocking someone. To the above person, if you terminate early, watch your lease. The corporate office has no mercy with anything.

The safety car if/when he drives by picks and chooses which cars to tag...There was a semi taking up 4 parking spaces for 3 days and he did not get an orange sticker. I park my SUV in the unloading stall for 8 hrs and find a sticker on my window - not cool. AND what is it exactly that the safety car is for if so many break-ins and thefts keep occurring??
