I was in the market for an apartment in Omaha and nearly DIDN'T choose Lionshead because of the adverse reviews I saw here. Because of the proximity to my workplace I went ahead and signed a lease and absolutely couldn't be more impressed with the place thus far. Dan, Chris and Michelle in the front office are always professional and goodnatured and have bent over backwards to keep me happy. They have fulfilled every commitment and then some. The parking is perfectly adequate and even on the weekends I'm within a few feet of my doorway. I've lived there for two months and have yet to hear a peep from my neighbors, apparently because there are concrete floors. We have enough amenities to stagger the mind, 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, at least two saunas that I know of, a private movie theater, 2 24 hour fitness centers and another with extended hours. I have a 2nd floor apartment facing west and the view is surprisingly pretty. In short, I couldn't be happier and am extremely happy that I chose to disregard a number of malcontents who posted here.
