I have lived in a Lionshead apt. for almost 9 years now. The service is always prompt and polite. I call something in at the beginning of the day, and by the time I arrive home it's taken care of. if I'm not satisfied, they redue. Parking is not a problem. I can always find a place close to my apt. The grounds are well taken care of. I've only had a couple of times where snow wasn't removed before I leave for work.
