The apartments are large and roomy with plenty of closet space. That's a major plus.

The main minus is the shoddy workmanship with which this place seems to have been built. I had a ground floor apartment. The walls must be so little flush with one another, that there were plenty of openings to the outside through which bugs could get in. There were places where the inside walls didn't meet the floors. We had little bugs that normally live in soil crawl across our carpet from the outside. Spiders and their webs were everywhere. Doors do not hang straight; floor moldings seem haphazardly placed... construction seems to be just a mess, from what I and my roommate could see.

On the other hand, the office person was very responsive to complaints, and Fred, the maintenance person at the time, was fast and efficient. He was great.

Parking was very tight at my building. All it took was one inconsiderate person with a large vehicle parking too close to the line, and if you got home too late, you had to park in front of another building. Not pleasant on icy winter mornings. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
