slow (or no) response to maintenance
usually, nobody in the leasing office
outrageous rent
doggy poo and trash all over the property
...
There're tons more staff to complain, but to make it short, one thing I can say is it's a waste of time and money to live there. They even don't know how much rent you're paying for, and don't even keep that on their computer... Oh well, I wish I lived in other apartments in town with less rent and better service.
