Dog poo was a frequent problem, even though i understand it is the dog owners responsibility to pick it up, the trash was always overflowing outside, and the doggy bags were never stocked so people just left it. The staff were manipulative and very good fibbers. I have never felt so little in my life when talking to them. they did remember peoples names, only because i complained all the time. They made empty promises that they said they would take care of and never did. The maintence man was very helpful, and kind. The apartment looked like a dump, barley any flowers, out of control plants. not to mention that i felt completly unsafe there. People got mugged and their cars were frequently broken into. You would tell the office ladys and they really didn't care. The lights outside were always burnt out. Parking sucked, but was not horrible. Ive seen worse. The apartment is horribly overpriced for the condition it is in. It was bulit in the 70's for crying out loud. There are many cheaper, better looking apartments in the area, without a staff that lies.
