Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived here for a year. The apartment was overpriced. Cheap construction. I could here people coming in and out all the time. I could hear neighbors below and above me taking a piss if I happened to be using the bathroom. Not too mention you always knew when your neighbor was taking a shower because you could hear the water like it was coming out of your own sink. Also, maintenance did a ---- job fixing and painting cracks on my ceiling. Two positives: the bedroom was spacious (2).the ladies working in the office were good-looking and nice to me. But that shouldn't be a reason to pay over $600 for a cheaply constructed 1 bedroom apartment.
