There is nothing but YUCK here.
1. Out dated through out... but the cost is currently high!
2. Dog doo everywhere... but the cost is currently high!
3. Maintenances never completes a task... but the cost is currently high!
4. They allow constant abuse of the rules and for those of us that obey them it is irritating... but the cost is currently high!
5. They charge you 100.00 if you are late for rent.. but they do NOTHING to make you want to pay rent!

I say RUN for the hills. I would rather live in a trailer than to live another year here. Lucky for me I am moving. Hope if you are reading this you take the warning seriously!!

Firstly, there is nothing wrong with living in a trailer so I take offense to that as many "trailer dwellers" would as well. Mandalay has been a very nice place for me to live for that last 5 years. I have absolutely no complaints. Obviously you are one of those "scorned folks" that either didn't follow the rules or didn't pay your rent on time...funny how you know the late fee!!
