I am a resident at Mandaly and have been for about 1 year. I wonder how many of the complaints come because people don't get their way or are selfish or don't inform management of their complaints until it is too late and with some complaints, there is only so much management can do at once but they don't know anything until you tell them. I think it is quiet here and the staff is responsive and professional and does anything they can to help. Yea, there is some dog poop but that comes with living in a dog community and yea parking does suck but it does at other complexes too. I am a responsible resident you pays my rent on time and notifies staff of any problems right away and they fix it ASAP. yous hould be too!

You are obviously an uneducated idiot. Maybe you should try reading the Nebraska Landlord/Tenant Act and find out exactly what "management" is supposed to do. You might also realize that you got the "luck-of-the-draw" if you only have problems that the maintenance can actually fix. You also must drink with Stacie----

It's sad that folks are so bitter. Happy to see that the original poster agrees with me that Mandalay is a super nice place to live with good neighbors, good maintenance and nice office people.
