My two roomates and I moved in here July 11, 2003. We thought it looked like a good place to live....until we lived here for a couple of months. The management is really really rude. They say that they are going to do stuff and it never gets done. My two roomates refered one of our friends here and the management said that they would be both getting a $50 check shortly. It took them about 2/12 months to finally receive their checks. Maintenance is really bad. When we first moved in the people before us smoked inside the apartment. They said that they were going to get the smell out, paint the walls, and change our yellow blinds and vents.(they were both supposed to be WHITE) Well let's just say that they never did paint it and its November now and they haven't changed our blinds or vents. We live on the 3rd floor and our deck is about the most unsafe thing I have ever been on. The railings are very loose and when we go out on our deck we think it is going to collapse. Just looking at the deck makes you not want to stand on it. Bugs...oh god i don't think i have seen so many ever! We averaged killing two spiders a day in our apartment. Also, there were honestly 100s upon 100s of little bugs in our apartment that we just had to get used too. You can't clean the walls, its just impossible. If there is a mark and you try and wipe it off it just makes a bigger mark and a water spot. When you move out they want you to wash all the walls and paint them again and you have to have your carpet professionaly cleaned. They want receipts too! Lastly, this complex is all old people. (ALL OLD PEOPLE) The old people do not like kids in the apartments. We could not even watch our T.V. and night without them complaining to the management. They accused us of hanging out in the hallways late at night, now who in their right mind would hang out in a hallway (which is the ugliest colors i have ever seen), they also accused us of stealing things off their doors. Which is complete bullcrap. Anyways we ended up getting evicted because of to many "complaints". If you are not over the age of 50 i would never recomend anyone living here.
