i have been here for 7 months. recently we payed our gas bill directly to the manager. someone in the office took our check. obviously altered it. and changed the amount. it was used the next day at a grocery store, and our gas remains unpaid. the complex's solution was to allow us to pay our gas late without a late charge! does no one see the negligence and theft issue here'! i am very unhappy and pursuing a criminal and civil case. thank god i have carbon copy checks! this has cost me hundreds of dollars! i am fearful for all of the other information they have of mine on file, plus they said there is another person with a potential stolen check! can you believe it! i hope they all lose their jobs! I will be out of my lease soon!
