If you have done your homework in search of an apartment to call "Home", long-term, this is it! When I met with Sandy, (the leasing agent)she said, "although I came to see a certain floor plan", from listening to me she thought that they may have something different that I may like even better. "She was right!" The apartment is "SPACIOUS"; it has a single unit washer/dryer, "MUCH" closet space and storage, in a "SECURE" building with an attached "HEATED" garage along with a full "FITNESS CENTER" right within the building that I live WHICH IS QUIET, QUIET, QUIET with daily trash pick-up, all comparably priced. All of this without having to go out in the elements. This is not your typical apartment, it's HOME! The lobby area is seasonally decorated, well maintained, comfortable, SAFE and CLEAN. The courtyards have the pools, grills, picnic tables and beautifully landscaped.

The staff and maintenence crew have been outstanding with timely responses exceeding my expectations. The monthly new letter is extra-ordinary with helpful hints, tips and recipes. I personally invite you to come and visit the Martinique Apartments and see for yourself the "VALUE" that is offered that I had not found living in a much more expensive apartment. Please feel free to use this review as a "REFERRAL" from 'AT HOME TENANT". I'm not going anywhere - "I'm Home!"

You have got to be a total moron to believe this bullcrap! Obviously the management wrote this in some lame attempt to market their property. Who the heck writes things like "spacious" "much" and "secure" in quotation marks? Oh and a monthly newsletter that is extra-ordinary (to quote the Einstein that wrote this...which isn't even a word...it's extraordinary dumb ass without a hyphen) please, that crap is just a bunch of filler people read while they take a ----. Be smart and don't fall victim to this bull. "At home tenant" is probably some fat lazy ass leasing agent trying to make him/herself look good.
