the manager is a sextis pig. EVERYONE PAYS DIFFERENT RENT. there are no set prices so when you find out that your in the ground level paying 30 dollars more dont be surprise. he "TRIED" to say he lost my rent twice... honestly i think he is stealing from the company. He has a attitude unless you flirt with him, and the parking is horrible. There isn't enough spaces and pot holes everywhere. they fill them with cheap fillers and in 3 months they are back to the way they were. I dont mind the neighbors drinking at night. it is nice to join then and relax but when its thursday night and you have your windows open it is annoying to hear them talk and play music. The people are nice and most of them have lived here for a long time. i hope they sell because with the right owners this could be a nice place as long as they fix the pot holes!!! oh and if you have friends or quest they have to park in the street because there isnt even enough parking for the tenets. and if your guest parks in the parking lot he tows the car at your expense and you know he gets a cut. oh and if a 90 pound dog running around pooping and barking doesnt bother you then this is your place to be
