I lived here before, and the property manager always new what was going on. However, it's owned by a new company, the the property manager is awful! I was promised one garage at one price when I looked at my apt., then was given another one closer to my door at a higher price, I thought "hey it's closer, that's great", well as it turns out, someone else also holds a lease to this garage.
I've also had a problem with maintenance. I called them they day I moved in because the hot water for the washer leaks and the way they have the dryer vent, it's a fire hazard! I'm sorry I moved back to this complex. It used to be A LOT better.
