Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Here is my experience at the Gardens.
3 Bed @ 770/mo (They were running offers when I left.)
Positives:
- Close to UNO
- Generally good neighbors / community
- Maintainance responsive to small requests
- Fairly quiet
- Parking better than most places
Negatives:
- Need updated kitchens
-Outdated applicances and styling - Old wiring
-Ungrounded outlets
-Circuits carry too much load - Vehicle Security
-My older CD player was taken from my truck
-Two other people also had break ins over the same time, in the same small lot - Management somewhat inept
