I have lived at Pacific Gardens for 2 years and my roommate has lived here for 5 years. The apartments are very outdated. We have a pink toliet, sink, and tile in one bathroom and the other one is mint green. There is no fans in the bathrooms so there is mold all over the walls. My car got broken into the first month I lived here. They tried to hotwire it and stole everything out of my car. The staff didn't seem to care when the police told them that was the 3rd time they had been there that week for break-ins. Got a garage after that. Most people that I have spoke with that lived there have had their car broken into. My roommates have also had a problem with people double parking behind their cars blocking them in. The rent is cheap for a 3-bedroom, but I can't wait to move out next week.
