I moved in here because it was cheap and they paid heat. My electric bills are also really low. They showed me a really ugly apartment and promised it was going to be rehabbed. I didn't have much choice because I moved here from Texas and I was pressed for time. I have to say they did a nice job. New appliances, new bathroom, new windows, and they refinished the wood floor in the living room. Its a good deal and its one of the few times I have had a landlord do what they promised.
