I live in the complex now, and have lived here since May of 2007. The complex has a nice feel, with multiple buildings and only a few units per building. The apartment I am in has beautiful wood floors and was newly remodeled. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and has always done what we need done. If you move into a newly remodeled apartment here, make sure to check that the windows are fitted properly. The windows in my apartment did not lock properly because they did not sit in the frame correctly. However, when we notified maintenance, the problem was easily remedied. Parking is good, and not on a busy street. While the Pacific Gardens complex is close to everything, it is also in its own little quiet neighborhood, which is really nice. The fitness center and clubhouse are nice, and the only thing I think the place is lacking is a nice pool.
