I have been a resident of Pacific Gardens for long enough to live in (2) different units here. It was a great find as a fresh-out-of-college professional and remains a great value for my wife and I as the housing market continues to be an unstable investment for middle-class income households. Prompt service for any maintenance needs and the staff is great. I've lucked out and got great units in the complex but everything is being rennovated so there really wont be a bad one in the whole bunch. It's going to be hard to leave when the time comes.
