I really loved my apartment until the problems started. It had been completely remodeled and up-to-date. However, there was a leak from the neighbors apartment in the living room and maintenance had to return 3-4 times before it was fixed. Then, the refrigerator was no longer working properly (freezing my eggs) and I had to call them 2-3 times before it was replaced. Then, while on vacation a friend monitoring the apartment notified me that the air conditioner had leaked into the hallway essentially flooding the carpet. The last straw was a burglary at my apartment in the middle of the day. Maintenance was slow to fix the broken windows and management was unresponsive. Then, when management finally responded it was inadequate and hands-off. I plan to move out once my lease is up.
