For the price, it wasn't too bad. Our apt was newly remodeled. When we moved in, there were dishes still in the dishwasher, the soap holder in the shower broke off (while I was in it) Toilet runs til you jiggle the handle, Sink is slow to drain.
Management is unfriendly, I was afraid to talk to her.
Heater never worked even after maintence "Fixed" it three times.
The garbage dumps are a joke, you have to walk 5 miles to get to the nearest one. And with 4 or 5 bags of garbage it's difficult.
$4 to do a load of laundry ($2 to wash $2 to dry) then people alway take your stuff out while it's still wet and throw it on top or on the floor. When we first moved in, during the summer, they left the windows open in the laundry room and a ton of bug got in and died...
It's just an old complex and they're starting to re-do some of it.
