Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I've lived here nearly four years. Not too many complaints, however the kitchen cabinets are very outdated (dark brown wood) and not having washer/dryer hookups in each apartment is a pain. Washer/Dryers DO cost $2.00 a load, to wash and dry. Maintenance is pretty quick. Some neighbors do seem disrespectful of property which is embarrasing when you are expecting company. Third floor catherdal ceiling is nice.
