This complex has undergone several management changes. With the most recent one, they are interested in making the place nice again. The last management company, and the current one, have put new carpet, paint and light fixtures in the hallways, new cement in the parking lots, new railings on the balconies, new balcony doors and new windows in the bedrooms. The staff is always friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff gets stuff fixed very quickly, all you have to do is call and tell them - they aren't psychic. They even updated the fridge and stove in my apartment with newer models and installed a ceiling fan. Most of the damamge to the comples is done by college-age kids, but you will have that at any large complex. In fact, every problem I have had since I lived here has been due to drunk boys. They all move eventually. My complaints, in addition to other neighbors', got some rowdy kids evicted once. I have been here nearly 8 years, and it has gotten better over the years. We had a roach problem (the tenant's fault) about 4 years ago, but the complex tried VERY hard to get rid of them. They cleaned the apartment that spread them and sprayed every month for a few months. I haven't seen a roach since then.
