i love it here i suppose it depends on where your balcony faces ( there is a bar in the north parking lot)but it is comfortable, clean, and usually quiet. the rent is affordable and the management is nice. the studios are spacious i lived there for one year and then upgraded to a two bedroom. the balconies are spacious. and previous reviews do this place no justice. it is definatly a nice place to live in a nice neighborhood. i recommend
