This place is a dump and needs to be torn down. The maintenance staff is dumb and they pay one person full time just to water flowers and take care of a swimming pool in the summer. Why dont the think of paying for better maintenance personal that are more experinced in fixing things in apartments for tenants then messing with the pool all day.
