Good managment for good tenants

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Never had a problem with managment.
Maintanance efficient and timely about 95% of the time, which is commendable.
This coming from people who are up on their rent, party outside of the complex where it's appropriate, and maintain a clean, living environment.
Would recommend as a suitable place to stay.
Only complaint: would really like washer and dryer in unit, or at least, hook-up for washer and dryer.
