I have lived in these apartments for a year now. Everything is just ok. My one huge complaint is the noise. I guess I feel like I should be able to sleep w/ my windows open but when I do there are always some kids hooting and hollering. Unless you like to be up till 1 or 2 in the morning w/ noise from people I suggest you don't move here and that's just because of the noise. Overall otherwise I did like the apartment and it's location. They pay your gas heat which in the long run I think saves a lot of money. We never had any problems in our apartment maintenence wise so I really couldn't tell you about that. The staff is ok. I was having problems w/ my roommate quite often and called them for advice but all they could say was "your problem, not ours" which it was but I thought they could give me some advice. Oh well.
